Ingredients
1 liter of whole milk
1 cup of powder milk
2 cups of condensed milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of chopped cardamom
You can add 100g of bittersweet chocolate if you want to try the chocolate kulfi.
Preparation
Mix the powder milk and the whole milk in a pan, add the sugar and the condensed milk, and heat the mix until it starts boiling. Then lower the heat, and stir until the mixture has reduced to 1/4 of its original volume.
Add the cardamom, mix and pour in glasses, then take to the refrigerator.
If you want to make the chocolate kulfi, melt the chocolate in water bath or in the microwave, and then add the milk mixture slowly on top of the melted chocolate.
You can garnish the individual servings with chopped almonds and pistachios.
