Ingredients

3/4 cup noodles

2 cups sour cream

3-5 eggs

1 Lb. cottage cheese

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 t butter

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

-drop noodles into enough boiling water to cover, add 1 T of salt and boil for ten minutes -drain and rinse with warm water

  • beat eggs with cheese and sour cream
  • add to noodles and season to taste -place in baking dish and dot with butter and corn flake crumbles -bake at 400F for 30 and serve hot
