Ingredients
1 c. fresh berries
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 cup yogurt(thick Greek variety is best)
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 T. flour
1 1/2 t. lemon peel
1 t. vanilla
Preparation
Spray 9" spring form pan with nonstick spray.
Combine 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar and baking powder in a medium bowl. Add butter, egg and vanilla. Stir till well mixed, spread on bottom of pan, sprinkle w/ berries.
Combine yogurt, sugar, egg, flour ,lemon peel and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour over berries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until center appears to be set when shaken. Cool 15 minutes. Remove sides. Cool completely for 2-4 hours. Serves 8-10.
