Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 onion (chopped)

1/4 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 can chili

2 cans pinto beans (not drained)

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 can Rotel

1 lb Mexican Velveta

16oz sour cream

Preparation

In a large frying pan, brown the ground beef and chopped onion together. Simmer in a large pot or crock pot until the Velveta is melted. Serve over tortilla chips or with tortilla strips or topped with crushed tortilla chips or tortilla strips.
