Ingredients
2 # Idaho potatoes (4 lg)
8 oz sour cream
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
6 green onions - sliced thin
11/2 pt whipping cream
1 T flour
salt & pepper
8 x 12 buttered bakiing dish
Preparation
Boil potatoes in skins. Cool and shread potatoes in Cuisenart. In lg bowl, combine sour cream, cheese and onions. In sm bowl stir flour and cream mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add potatoes and salt and pepper. Mix well. Bake 45 minutes @ 300’. Can be made a few days ahead and refrigerated, then bake before serving.
