Ingredients

1/2 cup light soy sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons peeled and minced ginger root or 1 tablespoon(spice world ground ginger)

1 medium clove garlic, peeled and minced

1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

2 scallions, thinly sliced

2-3 teaspoons Asian sesame oil

1 reg flank steak

Preparation

combine all items, and pour over flank steak in a glass dish.Marinate at least over night.cook 4-5 min per side on grill,vary according to heat of fire.
