Ingredients

1.5 - 2 pounds of tri-tip or flank steak

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp fresh grated ginger

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

4 cloves garlic crushed

black pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a plastic zip bag and marinade for however long you want. You can freeze it at this point. To cook, grill or broil it to desired doneness.
