Ingredients
Beef Short ribs
2 cups low sodium soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup green onions
pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 to 2 teaspoons sesame seed
Preparation
-cook short ribs in pan skillet with small amount of water garlic and onions. -combine all other ingredients (minus green onions) in a sauce pan until sauce is well incorporated. -when ribs are fully cooked. pour sauce into skillet with rib. allow to blend for few minutes on medium heat. Serve and sprinkle green onions/ chives over ribs.
