Ingredients

4 pounds of finger steaks

1/2 cup of soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 cloves of garlic minced

1/4 tespoon of red pepper.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put in bag to marinate for about 4 to 5 hours. You can put on grill sooner, but 4 to 5 hours has the best flavor. Put on grill and cook about 3 to 5 minutes on each side depending on thickness. We like ours so they still have alittle pink in the centers
