Ingredients
Bibb lettuce
cooked rice
1 # beef rib eye or sirloin, shaved
Korean barbeque marinade
Carrot, matchstick
cubed cucumber
pan seared tofu
Bean paste, hot
soy
lemon wedges
sesame seeds
Baby boc choi, rough chop
celery, chopped 1/8 thick bias
garlic, fine mince
Oyster sauce
Veg oil
Sambal
Stir fry marinade, or soy sauce
Preparation
Marinade beef for 2 hours.
Get all the chopping and set out for service and food prep.
In fry pan add oil and saute the celery, give it a head start, then the boc choi. When wilted slightly add garlic, and the oyster sauce and soy or stir fry marinade you like. Leave still firm and set aside.
Saute beef high heat, just over rare.
Wrap and eat.
