Ingredients
1 Pound fresh bean sprouts
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted)
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
Clean and wash bean sprouts in cold water. Drop them in boiling salt water for 3 minutes. Drain and run cold water over them. Add all other ingredients to bean sprouts, mix well with fork. Serve cold
