Ingredients
Dough
4 sticks margerine
1 (12-15oz) Can of carnation evaporated skim milk
6 eggs
8 c. of flour
3 pkgs fleischmann’s rapid rise yeast
2c. sugar
Toppings
2 eggs
sesame seeds
Preparation
Melt margarine in pan. Then pour milk into measuring cups and add water to milk until it equals 2 cups, warm separately on low heat. In a separate large bowl add the flour. In another bowl beat the 6 eggs and then combine the eggs with the flour.
In a small bowl combine yeast and a pinch of flour, the sugar and enough warm water to cover. Let sit for a few minutes.
Combine the margarine, milk, flour/eggs, and yeast/sugar together. Cover with plastic wrap and a big towel and let rise for 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 250. Flour board or counter and roll out dough to ¾ inches thick. Put on cookie sheet and brush with eggs, add sesame seeds and brush again with eggs. Bake until golden.
