Ingredients
1 package Kolkas – includes greens
1 quart chicken soup
4 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
Preparation
In a saute pan, saute garlic in butter and when browned add the greens, 1/2 a cup of chicken soup and cilantro.
Stir well then remove from heat and put in a blender to blend all the juices.
Bring the rest of the chicken soup to a boil, add the kolkas and bring to a boil.
Add the mixture to the soup and stir bringing to a second boil.
Ready to serve.
Note: When you prepare the Chicken soup add an onion and use the same onion to prepare the kolkas by mixing it with the mixture.
