Ingredients

8 Ounces - Cream Cheese (softened)

2 1/2 Cups Flour

2 Sticks of Butter (1/2 Lb)

1 Can of SOLO Fruit (Apricot, Raspberry, etc.)

1 Can of Pineapple

1/8 Teaspoon of Salt

Powdered Sugar (just to dust)

Preparation

Using only 2 Cups of Flour (Reserve 1/2 cup of flour for rolling out the dough, may even need more flour for rolling)

Mix dough in blender (not the fruit as it will be used for the topping)

Refridgerate dought for 2-3 hours (or overnight) Cut dough into 4 parts, work with one part at a time, keeping rest of dough in refridgerator) Roll out dough, cut into squares and fold in about 1/2 tsp filling into each Kolaczki Bake at 375 degreese for 15-20 minutes
