Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, room temp.
1/2 cup margarine, room temp.
1(8oz)package cream cheese,room temp.
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
canned fruit(Solo brand)fillings
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, margarine and cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract. Blend in salt and flour. Chill dough, in the size of baseballs, till it is easy to handle. Roll dough to 3/8 inch thickness on floured surface. Use a medium sized glass or cup to cut out dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Use a shot glass to make a slight imprint in center of dough. Put a teaspoon of fruit filling in the center. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wax paper.
