Ingredients
1 kobemidwest.com kobe Chuck Roast 3-5 lbs.
1 pckg litpon onion soup mix
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup water
Preparation
place kobe roast in slow cooker season with salt pepper and garlic powder, mix all other ingerdients togehter in a bowl and pour over the roast. Cook roast for 4 hours, then flip and cook another 2-4 hours until done. I use low temp on my slow cooker. Shred roast and leave in mixture another 30 minutes. Then serve. Add a little corn starch to thicken mixture if needed
