Ingredients

4 oz. Fermented pineapple mixture

2 oz pineapple juice

2 oz. Orange mango juice

Preparation

In container or sun tea jug, core, peel and cut into chunks 2 pineapples.

Neatly stack chunks of pineapple in conatainer and cover all pineapple with orange vodka. Set in fridge or on counter for 1 week to 10 days.

After fermenting, run chunks thru a juices and strain back into the jug with the vodka. This is the base for the drink.

Putmall ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain into martini glass.
