Ingredients

8 peeled kiwis

1/4 cup simple syrup

1 to 1 1/2 ounce Malibu Rum

1/4 cup lime juice

Preparation

Wash, peel and quarter Kiwi.

Puree all ingredients in processor.

Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer to container, cover, and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
