Ingredients
1 can tuna incl water packed in
2 hard boiled eggs, white only, finely chopped
1/4 c cornmeal
1/2 c whole wheat flour
Preparation
Blend tuna and egg together, flaking tuna well. Add cornmeal and flour and blend to form dough. Knead into ball and roll into rectangle 1/4 thick. Cut into small squares. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so.
