Ingredients
3X90g of nestle kit kat chocolate bars, crushed
50g of butter, melted
375g of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of castor sugar,
2 eggs,
1x300ml of sour cream,
1teaspoon of vanilla,
100g of chocolate milk melts,
2tablespoons of instant coffee,
1tablespoon of hot water,
Preparation
Grease a pan and line with baking paper. Combine chocolate bars and butter ina bowl, mix well. Press evenly over prepared pan, cover and refridgerate for 1 hour. Beat cream cheese and sugar ina bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, fold in sour cream and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the base. Place chocolate melts and coffee and water in a small heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stir until chocolate has melted. Drizzle chocolate mixture over cream cheese layer. Using a skewer lightly swirl mixes together. Cook at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
