Ingredients

1 cup of Flour

1 tbsp of Baking Powder

½ tsp of Baking Soda

3 tbsp of Sugar

½ tsp of Salt

1 tbsp of Cinnamon

2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil

1 cup of Milk

1 Egg

3 tbsp of Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients, and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat pan over medium heat and grease the pan.
  4. Pour mixture on pan in half cup amounts.
  5. Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
  6. Remove from heat when both sides of the pancake are golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.
