Ingredients
1 cup of Flour
1 tbsp of Baking Powder
½ tsp of Baking Soda
3 tbsp of Sugar
½ tsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Cinnamon
2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
1 cup of Milk
1 Egg
3 tbsp of Vanilla
Preparation
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients, and mix until smooth.
- Heat pan over medium heat and grease the pan.
- Pour mixture on pan in half cup amounts.
- Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
- Remove from heat when both sides of the pancake are golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
