Ingredients

200 gms king prawn

1 tbsp olive oil

50 gms garlic, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 teaspoon of thinly sliced fresh ginger root

1/2 cup coconut milk

salt and pepper

Preparation

1.Shell prawn. 2. Saute garlic in olive oil till lightly brown add ginger and onion, then add prawns. 2. Stir until slightly cooked. 3. Add coconut milk, chili finger, salt and pepper to taste. 4. Let boil for 5 minutes, stir constantly to avoid thinning and curdling of coconut milk. 5. Serve with plain or fried garlic rice.
