Ingredients

5 large king oyster

1tbsp. butter

5 strips bacon

1/2 green onion

1/2 onion

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

1tbsp. olive oil

3tbsp. bread crumbs

1/2 tbsp minced parsley

50 g mozzarella cheese

25 g parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut king oyster mushrooms 3cm in length. Slightly scoop out some insides of the mushrooms and use it in step 2.

  2. Finely chop the bacon, green onion , scooped mushroom and onion. Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil and fry bacon and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in a small bowl. Add bread crumbs and parsley and mix together.

  3. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and top it with mozzarella cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.

  4. Take them out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
