Ingredients

1C Powdered Sugar

1C Sugar

1C Butter

1C Shortening

2 Eggs

4 1/2C Flour

1tsp Baking Soda

1tsp Cream of Tarter

1/2tsp Salt

1tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients first, then mix wet ingredients and combine. Mix well, cover dough and chill 1-3 hours. Roll dough into balls. Place balls on a lightly greased sheet pan or silicone liner and flatten with a glass moistened with water and dipped in sugar. Bake at 350degrees 10-14 minutes until golden around the edges.
