Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. of Alakan King Crab Legs
1-4oz. can of mushroom stems
3-Tbs. butter
1/2-tsp. salt
3/4-cup of milk
3/4-cup of fresh parmesan cheese
Preparation
Thaw crab legs, and remove crab from the legs and place in medium bowl.
Cut remaining crab legs into 4 inche peices (improvise as needed for serving dishes)
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter and mushrooms and salt cook until melted, then slowly add milk and stir until thick. Add your cheese and stir until melted. Romove from stove.
Fill your shells with the crab mixture and place on a cookie sheet and medium hot coals, cover grill and cook for approx. 5-10 min. until bubbly. Enjoy!!!
