Ingredients

2 cups of Cooked Rice

a Dash of Vinegar

Sprinkle of Salt

3/4 cups of Kimchi

Nori (seaweed)

Preparation

  1. Add the kimchi into a blender or chopper. Chop/blend till smooth. It should come out like a paste
  2. Add Vinegar and sprinkle some salt in a large bowl. Add Rice and knead the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Add Kimchi paste and mix well with the rice.
  4. Grab some rice and roll into a ball or place some rice into a rice mold to make shaped onigiri.
  5. Set out to dry a bit or you may grill the rice balls to make Yaki Kimchi Onigiri.
