Ingredients
1x Jar of Kimchee
1x Box of tofu
1x clove of garlic (minced)
8-12 oz of chosen meat.
(ground beef or steak)
salt and pepper to taste
Spicy Beef powder (optional)
Preparation
Cook meat and set aside. Place Kimchee in a pot with water and bring to a simmer.
Add meat to the Kimchee and water let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes. (This allows the meat to soak up the flovor).
Cut tofu into small cubes and then put it with the soup. stir and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
Add garlic, beef powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 20 more minutes and enjoy.
serve with rice. (This may help tone the heat of the beef powder down.)
