Ingredients

2 cloves garlic

2 tbs olive oil

22 oz can tomatoes

8 oz container greek yougurt

1 can drained chick peas

1-2 TBS cumin

salt to taste

Preparation

Cook garlic and olive oil in pan until infused Add 1 22 oz can crushed or whole tomatoes Cook over medium for 10 minutes

In cuisinart combine greek yougurt and chick peas and cumin. Add tomatoes/garlic and blend
