Ingredients

1 cup whipped cream cheese (Winnipeg style for Canadians) or a 50/50 mix of mascarpone cheese and regular cream cheese

1 clove garlic, pressed or finely minced

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

3 Tbl freshly grated Romano cheese

2 tsp dried Italian herbs or fines herbes

Pinch cayenne

Taste to taste

Preparation

Stir ingredients together in a small bowl. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
