Ingredients
1 1/2 Lbs. Brussel Sprouts(trimmed,rinsed & halved)
4 Slices Bacon
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Sweet Onion
1 Tbls. Olive Oil
Preparation
Brown bacon in skillet and remove.
Add olive oil and chopped onion to remaining bacon grease and sautee 2 minutes
Add brussels to oil and onions,coating brussels with oil. Cook brussels 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add chicken broth,bring to a simmer,cover and reduce heat. Cook at medium for 10 minutes,or until tender.
Add broken bacon bits and serve.
