Ingredients

2 14oz artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped

1 small onion, chopped

3/4 c mayonnaise

1 c parmesseanb cheese, grated and divided

Preparation

Mix artichoke, onion, mayo, 1/2 of cheese in croc pot. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours. For last 1/2 hour, add rest of cheese and turn on warm
