Ingredients

Crust:

2 Cups Flour

8 oz Cream Cheese

1 Egg Yolk

1 Stick Margarine

Nut Filling:

Ground Pecans or Walnuts, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla,

Fruit Filling:

Apricot Preserves, or Prune Butter

Preparation

Turn oven onto 350. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Use a mixer with a dough hook until it forms a ball. Divide into smaller balls and put in refrigerator overnight. Prepare Nut Filling. Roll out dough balls into a thin, flat circle and cut like a pizza into 6 slices. Put small bit filling in the widest part and roll into a crescent. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
