Ingredients

2 links kielbasa sliced into bite size pieces

2 packages sauerkraut rinsed and drained

8-10 potatoes cut into bite sized pieces

1 large onion diced

1 1/2 C packed brown sugar

2 cups grated swiss or jack cheese

Preparation

Add all ingredients except cheese to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hrs. or until potatoes are cooked through. Drain off any liquid in botton of crock pot. Stir in grated cheese just before serving.
