Ingredients
1 lb. fully cooked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 TBsp steak sauce
1 TBsp apple cidar vinegar
1 teasp worcestershire sauce
1 15oz can cannelini, white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
In a large skillet or wok, saute kielbasa for 2-3 minutes. Stir in onion and peppers. Cook and stir until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, drain. Combine brown sugar, steak sauce, vinegar and worcestershire sauce, stir together in skillet. Add beans. Cook and stir until heated through, about 10 minutes.
