Ingredients
1 lbs. beef, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 to 2 cups celery, sliced
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
3 to 4 cans warm water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can of mushrooms
2 cups raw rice
Preparation
Brown beef, onions and celery in skillet. Stir all ingredients together and put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours until rice is tender (check once during cooking, you may have to add more water). Serve hot. Great warmed up and this dish does freeze well if you need “fix ahead” meals.
