Ingredients

Whole wheat tortillas

Organic refried beans

Organic hard cheese (cheddar or jack are great)

low fat sour cream

small can diced green chiles

1Tbsp cooking oil

pan spray

salsa (optional)

Preparation

Spread refried beans on one surface of tortilla, leaving about 1/2 in. between spread and edge.Add 2 tsp. diced green chiles on top of this, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of all.

Fold in half and fry both sides until browned in a pre-heated pan, using cooking spray and 1Tbsp of oil.

Put a small dollop of lowfat sour cream on top.
