Ingredients

4 bonless chicken breasts

1/4 cup dark brown sugar

1/4 cup dijon mustard

1/4 cup bourbon

2 green onions, sliced thin

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Pound chicken (in a zip lock bag) until its 1/4" thick, place in baking dish. Combine brown sugar and next 5 ingredients. Brush mustard mixture on both sides of chicken. Cover & marinate for 1-2 hours in fridge.

Remove chicken - save marinade.

Combine butter & olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and saute until chicken is done.

Remove drippings from pan and place chicken on a serving dish. Add marinade to skillet and bring to a boil, pour over chicken.

Serve with rice and green salad.
