Ingredients

1 cup mayo

1/2 cup sour cream

8 ounces cojita cheese

1 tablespoon chili powder

Juice of two limes

1 jalapeno (seeds included)

Preparation

Rough chop the jalapeno. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and enjoy with a variety of chips and raw vegetables. You can control the heat of this dish by removing the seeds of the jalapeno for less heat or adding another one for more heat.
