Ingredients

1 bunch kale

6 medium onions

1 red pepper

1 cup Feta cheese

salt and pepper

Preparation

Chop onions and saute until translucent - about 10 minutes. Chop kale and red peppers and add to onions until kale is wilted - about 5 minutes. Add coarely copped feta cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm as a side dish.
