Ingredients

28 oz. sweetened condensed milk

1 cp. key lime juice

2 eggs

1 cp. sour cream

2 T. powdered sugar

1 T. lime zest

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine milk, juice & eggs. Whisk until well blended and place in a baked & cooled pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Combine sour cream & sugar. Spread over the top of the pie using spatula. Sprinkle lime zest on top of sour cream. Serve chilled.
