Ingredients
Graham cracker crust
(2 pkg graham crackers, crumbled)
(2 sticks butter, melted)
3 eggs
1/2 c key lime juice
14 oz can sweetened cond milk
Pinch salt
Pinch cream of tartar
1 lime, sliced
Preparation
Preheat 325. Separate two eggs. Add one whole egg to yolks. Beat in juice and milk. Clean beaters. Beat whites w/salt and tartar until just stiff. Fold into juice mix. Pour into crust. Bake 10-15 min until set. Cool then refrigerate. Top with whipped cream and sliced limes.
