Ingredients

crust:2 cups hazelnuts, toasted, 1/3 cup sugar, 3 tbs butter, melted.

filling: 1 lb cream cheese, softened, 3/4 cup fresh lime juice, 1 tsp finely grated lime zest, a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp sour salt.

Preparation

Crust; In a blender pulverize nuts and transfer them to bowl. Combine nuts, sugar, butter and blend well. Press mixture evenly onto the bottom and sides of the pie plate and chill for 30 min. Bake for 12 to 15 min, or until lightly browned arounf edges. Cool completely. Filling; In a food processor blend cream cheese, lime juice, and condensed milk until smooth. Add zest and pulse until combined. Pour into shell and chill at least 6 hours. ( for a fluffer pie, chill 20 min and whip with mixer with whipping blade.
