Ingredients

1 stick salted butter

2 sticks imperial margarine

8 oz cream cheese

2c. sugar

6 eggs

2 c.cake flour

1/4 c. key lime juice

1 mango pureed

1/2 tsp pure vanilla

1/2 tsp lemon extract

Preparation

cream first 4 ingredients well add 5 of the eggs, 1 @ a time and beat well aftereach (seperate 1 of the eggs and whip the egg white til stiff add the yolk to the mixture) add juice, flavorings and beat well. add the pureed mango and fold well-add the egg whites and continue to fold gently until incorporated. gently pour in large tube pan. Place in center of 300 degree oven bake til cake tester comes out clean.(about 1hr.) Glaze if desired plain powder sugar glaze (or add tbl spoon lime juice for flavor to sugar glaze)
