Ingredients

Bitter gourd 150 gm

Onion 50 gm

Garlic 20 gm

Jeera 5 gm

Salt to taste

Oil 25 ml

Turmeric powder 5 gm

Preparation

Bitter gourd Clean and cut in to slices add little salt and turmeric to reduce bitterness Slice onion, chop garlic, in pan heat oil and add jeera seeds then add sliced onion and garlic stair for few minutes then add sliced bitter gourd and cover wit a lid, occasionally keep stirring till the bitter gourd becomes crispy.

Have this dish with steaming Rice before starting main dish
