Ingredients

4 Tablespoons butter

1/2 cup all purpose flour

4 cups milk

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 pounds cooked, sliced turkey

16 slices toast, trimmed

8 tomato slices

16 slices bacon, cooked

Preparation

melt butter: add flour and stir well. add milk, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan, salt and worcestershire sauce. cook, stirring constantly until thick. place turkey evenly on toast. cover with cheese sauce. top with tomato and bacon slices. sprinkle remaining parmesan. bake 425 degrees until bubbly.
