Ingredients

10 Habanero peppers

10 Jalapenos

2 or 3 whole garlic heads, peeled.

1 sweet onion

2 cups chopped fresh basil

1 cup red wine vinegar

1 splash balsamic vinegar

.5 cup sugar

Preparation

Remove seeds from peppers. Rough chop peppers & onion. Fry above in olive oil for 10 mins. Open windows as pepper gas is very strong! Add rough chopped garlic. Fry additional 5 mins. Cool slightly. Put ALL ingredients in food processor. Grind to mush. Bottle and keep in fridge.
