Ingredients
1 cup - Chopped Carrots
1 cup - Chopped Celery
1 cup - Chopped Sweet Onion
1 can - 28oz. Turkey Broth
½ teaspoon - Cilantro (chopped)
½ teaspoon - Basil leafs (chopped)
½ teaspoon - Garlic Salt
1 bag - 32oz. Mashed Potatoes
Preparation
Using a six-quart pan, sauté Carrots, Celery and Onions in ½ cup margarine for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. (Make sure you do not add the seasonings to the vegetables you are sautéing. It is important to bring one flavor to the broth and potatoes and then add the seasonings) Add Turkey broth and seasonings, stir in mashed potatoes. Bring to a bubble, reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
