Ingredients

3 lbs ground sirloin

2 lbs all natural sausage

8 medium tomatoes

2 medium onions

4 cloves of garlic

1 cup of red wine

1 cup of water

1 can of Rotel tomatoes and chilis

3/4 of a tube of tomatoe paste

italian seasoning

Preparation

brown ground sirloin and sausage.

chop or dice veggies

after sirloin and sausage are cooked through add everything else including the italian seasoning - this is a big batch so be liberal with the seasoning.

bring to a boil reduce to a simmer

Simmer for 1 hours
