Ingredients
1 bag chocolate chips
1 stick of butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Put it all in sauce pan on medium heat until boiling, stirring occasionally. Let boil 2-3 minutes then take it off the heat and let it cool down for 2+ hours before pouring it over your brownies & icecream.
