Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
Coating:
1 heaping tbsp. Mayonaise
1 heaping Tbsp. Ranch dressing
1 heaping Tsp. minced garlic ( Or 3-4 finely chopped cloves)
1 tsp. cracked red peppers
1 heaping tblsp. dijon mustard
2 tblsp. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Sriracha (asian Red pepper paste/sauce)
breading:
1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes and 1 cup crushed ritz crackers (put a 4:5 Flake to cracker ratio into food processor)
Preparation
preheat oven to 425.
Mix coating ingredients in a small bowl and Coat chicken liberally. Then, take cracker and corn flake mixture and press firmly onto chicken. Put chicken on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet and bake. 425 for approx 20-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
